2. Services Provided

GatorHosting South Africa provides professional digital solutions designed for startups, SMEs, resellers and growing businesses.

GatorHosting provides digital services that may include, but are not limited to:

• Web hosting and cPanel hosting services
• Business email hosting and mailbox setup
• Domain registration, transfer and DNS assistance
• Website design, development and maintenance
• Graphic design, logo design, banners and branding
• Company profiles, portfolios and digital documents

3. Payments, Renewals & Invoices

All services must be paid for according to the invoice, package or quotation issued. Hosting, domains and email services may renew monthly, annually or according to the billing cycle selected.

• Services may be suspended if payment is not received by the due date.
• Domain renewals remain the client’s responsibility.
• Design and development work may require upfront payment before work begins.
• Promotional prices may be limited-time offers and may change without prior notice.

4. Domain Registration & Transfers

Domain registration is subject to availability and the rules of the relevant domain registry. GatorHosting cannot guarantee that a domain will remain available until payment and registration are completed.

• Clients must provide accurate domain registration information.
• Domain transfer timelines depend on registry and current provider processes.
• Expired domains may enter redemption or become unavailable.

5. Hosting Usage & Fair Use

Hosting services must be used responsibly and in accordance with acceptable usage standards. Activities that may harm server performance, security or other users are not allowed.

• No illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent or malicious content may be hosted.
• Spam, phishing, malware and unauthorised bulk email are prohibited.
• Resources advertised as unlimited remain subject to fair usage and server stability.
• GatorHosting may suspend services that threaten platform security or performance.

6. Website & Graphic Design Services

Design and development services are provided according to the package, quote or agreement accepted by the client. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, images, logos, business information and approvals.

• Project timelines depend on client feedback, content delivery and approval speed.
• Additional revisions or work outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
• Final files, websites or designs may only be released after full payment is received.
• Clients must ensure they have permission to use supplied images, text and branding.

7. Support

Support is provided through available support channels such as support tickets, client area assistance or contact forms. Support response times may vary based on workload, service priority and request complexity.

8. Limitation of Liability

GatorHosting will take reasonable steps to provide reliable services. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, loss of data, search ranking changes, third-party outages, registry issues or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to These Terms

GatorHosting may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Continued use of our services after changes have been published means you accept the updated terms.
